Space Garden

Space Garden is a project centered on interactivity and creative reuse. Inspired by aesthetic parallels between organic and mechanical, the installation is comprised of “Space Plants,” sculptures made of recycled material and electronic components designed to resemble botanical and biological forms. A mural with soft circuits, musical elements, and textured panels was constructed on the low wall near the museum's entrance. Mobiles made from recycled material and found objects cascaded from the ceiling and could  be viewed from the first and second floor.

Space Garden was installed at Port Discovery Children’s Museum in Baltimore, MD from April 2013-September 2014.

Commissioned by Port Discovery Children's Museum, Baltimore Maryland.
Installed April 2013-September 2014.
